Binder

This Technology announced the appointment of Jeffrey Binder to its board of directors. Binder is a general partner with Genovation Capital, which works with several large private equity firms in the technology and media sectors. Binder most recently served as a senior executive with Motorola as general manager of its on-demand solutions group and special project leader for then-CEO Ed Zander. Prior to Motorola, Binder was the founding CEO of Broadbus Technologies, which pioneered memory servers for VOD. Broadbus was sold to Motorola in 2006.
